                                                            All freelancers and applicants must read and agree to comply with the following policies to work with the 

                                                            ARC Annotation  .

                                                            Policy I: Data Confidentiality & Security (Non-Negotiable)

                                                            1. Strict Non-Disclosure: All project images, videos, guidelines, client identities, and internal team discussions are classified as Strictly Confidential Assets. These must not, under any circumstance, be shared, discussed, shown, or reproduced outside of the official, client-approved secure platforms.
                                                              1. No Personal Storage: Assets and sensitive data must never be downloaded, stored, or cached on personal, unsecured devices or cloud storage (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox). All work must occur within the client-provided platform.
                                                                1. Secure Work Environment: Freelancers must ensure their work environment is private. Working on confidential assets in public spaces (e.g., cafés, shared internet spaces) where screens may be visible is strictly prohibited.
                                                                  1. Access Revocation: Any attempt to share, leak, or misuse confidential information will result in immediate contract termination, permanent removal from the server, and potential legal action.

                                                                    Policy II: Work Accuracy & Quality Assurance

                                                                    1. Mandatory Accuracy Threshold: All annotations (Bounding Boxes, Polygons, etc.) must consistently meet the mandatory 98% Accuracy standard or the specific Inter-Annotator Agreement (IAA) rate required by the project.
                                                                      1. Rework Obligation: If submitted work fails the Quality Assurance (QA) check, the freelancer is required to complete the necessary rework promptly and free of charge until the quality standard is achieved.
                                                                        1. Guideline Adherence: Strict adherence to project-specific Annotation Guidelines is mandatory. If a guideline is unclear or ambiguous, the freelancer must ask for clarification in the dedicated #analyst-qa channel before proceeding.

                                                                          Policy III: Time Management & Consistency

                                                                          1. Deadline Commitment: Once a deadline for an assigned batch or project is accepted, meeting that deadline is a mandatory requirement. Failure to meet deadlines without prior, justified communication may affect future project assignment eligibility.
                                                                            1. Active Status: Freelancers are expected to maintain an active presence in the designated Discord channels during their self-declared working hours to ensure timely coordination and address immediate QA queries.
                                                                              1. Notification of Absence: If a freelancer anticipates a delay, technical issue, or absence that will impact a deadline, they must notify the Team Lead/Admin with reasonable advance notice.

                                                                                Policy IV: Non-Toxic Workplace & Professional Conduct

                                                                                1. Zero Tolerance for Harassment: We maintain a Zero Tolerance policy for any form of harassment, discrimination, bullying, personal attacks, or disrespectful behavior directed towards fellow freelancers, admins, or clients.
                                                                                  1. Professional Communication: Keep all communication in work-focused channels professional, constructive, and relevant. Use the #water-cooler-chat channel for general/casual topics.
                                                                                    1. Constructive Feedback: All feedback (both receiving and giving) related to work quality must be delivered respectfully and constructively. Personal criticism or derogatory language is prohibited.
                                                                                      1. No Unsolicited DMs: Freelancers are forbidden from sending unsolicited Direct Messages (DMs) to admin staff or other team members regarding project status, payments, or general questions. All official inquiries must go through the public, dedicated channels to maintain transparency and efficiency.
